Pay in Person
You can pay your bill in person at any of PGE’s Community Office locations.

Pay by Phone
Pay your bill using PGE’s automated telephone system by calling customer service at 503-228-6322 or 800-542-8818 and selecting the “Billing or Payment Matters” option.

Submit a Meter Reading
If a PGE meter reader is unable to make it to your home because of inclement weather, remote location, or any other reason, you can submit a meter reading online. Learn how to read your meter.
